Arizona (November–May):
Service is provided throughout the Verde Valley area, including:

Service availability is seasonal based on location.

What types of RV services do you perform?

I provide mobile RV repair and diagnostics for non-propulsion systems, including:

RV electrical systems (12V and 120V)
RV appliances
Plumbing systems
Slide-out systems
Leveling systems
General RV mechanical components (non-engine)

Services not provided:

Engine, transmission, or driveline repairs

What is your hourly labor rate?

Hourly labor rate: $175 per hour
Service call fee: $100
Minimum service charge: None
Diagnostic fee: Included in the hourly labor rate
Parts markup: None (parts billed at cost)

What factors determine the cost of mobile RV repair?

Mobile RV service involves travel, on-site diagnostics, specialized tools, certification-based expertise, and insurance coverage. Rates reflect the cost of providing professional, insured, certified mobile service directly at your location.

How do I schedule a service appointment?

Appointments are scheduled by phone call at this time.

Lead time:
- Same-day service when time slots are available
- Typically 1–3 days, depending on workload and customer availability
Emergency or after-hours service: Not currently available

Do you provide written estimates?

Written estimates are provided when requested
Customer approval is required before repairs begin
Estimates are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during diagnostics

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted forms of payment include:

Payment is due at completion of work, unless otherwise agreed upon between the provider and customer in advance.

Is there a warranty on your work?

Labor warranty: 30 days
Parts warranty: Manufacturer warranty only
If a return visit is required due to waiting for parts, labor time is billed at the same hourly rate from the original service call

What should I expect when you arrive for service?

The RV must be accessible
Owner presence is not required, but:
- Keys must be left
- RV must be unlocked or accessible
One of the following power sources is required:
- Shore power
- Generator
- Solar (existing system only)
Pets may be unsecured if not aggressive
Slides should be extended if possible, or able to be extended upon arrival if needed for service
